Get a long extension from the bolt (or a couple if needed) and rest them on a floor jack that is same height (or closest to) as the bolt for the crank bolt. Before anyone flames me, I have been searching the forum for torque specs. I am swapping out my clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, & headers this weekend. I am looking for torque specs on the following parts: Flywheel bolts (bought ford replacement bolts) Bellhousing to block Transmission to bellhousing Driveshaft bolts (flange and CV) Crossmember I've been reading through the Service Manual and the AIM for torque specs of the main crank pulley. I "think" the large center bolt (torsion damper..?) is 60 ft/lbs while the three pulley bolts are 25 to 35 ft/lbs. Is this correct? Dumb question: how do I turn the crank manually (i.e...
